Colin Mackey

For the past six years, Colin has worked as a supply chain and purchasing specialist working for key clients such as Pizza Express, Queens Moat House, Compass, Whitbread and Starwood Hotels. His experience and understanding of end to end supply chains enables him to identify key value streams that deliver significant value for clients and he has been successful with a number of projects in both step changing the cost base and establishing robust supply chain platforms for leading blue chip companies.

As a supply chain expert, Colin has over 15 years experience in senior positions with leading blue chip companies, including Allied Domecq/Punch Group as Customers Services and Logistics Director overseeing a hospitality supply chain with a total spend over £350m pa.

Colin has a background in operational supply chain management having spent much of his early career developing and reengineering business critical supply chains for retail/fmcg businesses throughout UK and Europe, including Scottish & Newcastle, Superdrug and Iceland. He has also spent a number of years managing in-house supply chains for major UK companies, including Allied Domecq, Victoria Wine and the NAAFI.
